Additional permissions and rates are required for events, filming or recording media of any kind. Our cancellation policy is considered strict on rental platforms so do not book unless your plans are firm. We cannot move reservations which have been confirmed-someone else is having their vacation, too. To prevent fraud, and to comply with our insurance carrier, we double verify all primary guests. This is a transparent policy in our listing. Full Moon Farm is a Clean-Air Act rental. This means we maintain a 100% no smoking/no vaping policy 🚫 across every inch of our property. This means not even outside. Please make other arrangements if there are smokers and/or vapers in your party. Because we are on solar power, the hot tub closes at first hard frost and reopens in the spring. However, a four-season, outdoor sauna is coming in 2024!

CDC & Hospitality

To prevent the spread of respiratory viruses, we “rest” the house between cleanings for 24 hours as per CDC hospitality guidelines. To assist in contact tracing, if a guest tests positive for the flu, covid or any other respiratory virus within 7 days of checkout, kindly inform us.
